About VESEP2023

2023 9th International Symposium on Vehicle Emission Supervision and Environment Protection (VESEP2023) aims to foster communication and discussion among scholars with focus on the latest advance and trends in vehicle emission control and environment protection. It will bring together scholars and scientists from around the world for sharing of ideas and thoughts. As an international platform, VESEP2023 will not only provide opportunities for you to express your work and get support for improvement, but also help you find parner for future collaboration.

Welcome submit papers/ abstracts for reviewing and discussing at VESEP. Please prepare your articles with the template below and fill in the submission form. Then return both files to us via email.

Topics of Interests
We welcome submissions on vehicle emission, emission control/ supervision/ standards and environment pollution/ protection, tradition energy and new energy vehicles, energy conservation and emission reduction etc. topics.
If your reserach does not fall into the topics above and you think it's related to the conference subject, we welcome you to submit it to us for further discussing.

Publication

All accepted papers in at 2023 9th International Symposium on Vehicle Emission Supervision and Environment Protection (VESEP2023) will be published as conference proceedings.
1. Submissions must be original, unpublished work, and have not been submitted to another conference or journal for publication.
2. Submissions should be of clear argumentation, close core, sufficient theoretical analysis, proper language and standard grammar in English.
3. Submissions will be double blind peer-reviewed to ensure high quality standards of research.

Registration

Registration Fee:
→ Regular Paper Registration: 480USD/Paper
→ Student Paper Registration: 350USD/Paper
→ Listener without Papers: 150 USD/Person

Paper Reviewing and Acceptance
For a regular paper, the reviewing will take up to two(2) weeks.
For a complicated research the reviewing time varies from 2 to 4 weeks. We will keep the contributors updated every week regardless the reviewing result.
For papers accepted after reviewing, we will send the notice of acceptance with registration instructions/ documents via email to the contributor. And then you may complete the paper registration following the instructions.

History

VESEP The 1st VESEP was co-organized in 2015 by Wuhan University of Technology (WHUT) and the Vehicle and Environment Protection Branch of China Society of Automotive Engineers (CSAE) and it was held on May 6-7, 2015 in Wuhan, China. Invited speakers from WHUT, CSAE, University of Illinois(UIUC) and other renowned institutes, all together over 200 participants from 100+ institutes attended the conference. VESEP The 2nd VESEP was held on June 21-22, 2016 in Wuhan (China) by Wuhan University of Technology and other co-organizers in WHUT. More than 20 invited speeches were delivered by renowned guests under the "New Policy, New Technology, New Future" theme. (See news from whut.edu.cn, testrust.com)

VESEP The 3rd VESEP was held on July 6/7, 2017 in Wuhan University of Technology and was attended by over 200 participants from the world, including speakers and delegates from China Society of Automotive Engineers(CSAE), University of Illinois(UIUC), ARC Mechatronics, Southwest Research Institute etc. (See news from whut.edu.cn, www.people.com.cn, www.sinospectroscopy.org.cn, www.sohu.com)

VESEP The 4th VESEP was held on June 26/28, 2018 in Kunming (Yunnan, China) and it was organized by Vehicle and Environment Protection Branch of China Society of Automotive Engineers (CSAE) and co-organized by China Automotive Technology&Research Center (www.tatc.com.cn), School of Automotive Engineering of Wuhan University of Technology (WHUT) etc.

VESEP The 5th VESEP was held on May 23/24, 2019 in Wuhan (China) by Wuhan University of Technology with over 180 speakers and delegates from WHUT, University of Sussex, University of New South Wales (UNSW), Continental AG (Germany), BASF Germany and other universities and institutes.
